When to show you are really devoted to your costumers?

    Image001

Simply think of all possible interactions with your client contacts as the opportunity to add value to their business, their position in their organization.

Maybe simply taking 2 minutes to think of the best way to communicate, the best way they can use your deliverable will help you find the best way to serve your costumer, make them happy and have, not only a more profitable business or increased revenue, but a more interesting interaction with your contacts

Success definition (on a tennis court)

    Images1

Sometimes you get interesting advice from the most unexpected places.

A tennis teacher to an 8 year old tennis player:

"If you have success with a way of doing things do not change it. Simply repeat what you are doing. Don't over complicate things"

    and then he goes on:

"If you don't succeed, then make small changes one step at a time".

Good philosophical quotes to learn from.

It is vital to have a standardized framework in your projects, or the projects your company is undertaking.
This does not mean that you cannot change it when needed, but there are some important benefits in trying to maintain a standardized way of doing things.

The most important benefit of creating this standard framework, is the possibility to reuse the knowledge.
A second not less important benefit is that an existing framework permits continuous improvement having a baseline. You know where you were in the beginning, you know where you are now.

Being able to see, measure and work towards further improvements is a key for growth.
